Going Hollywood

I recently got to do another first for my life. The kind of stuff that happens in places like Paris. 

A friend of a friend needed a black American for a commercial. There weren't many around, so I got the part. Funny thing, since I can't act.

Anyway, it's for a silly commercial for a video game. Can't tell you anymore than that for now. I got to freeze my butt off in the snow of the Alps for a day. And I now have a little more compassion for my sister and other folks in the armed forces who have to lug around this heavy equipment in inclement conditions.

We shot all day and I had to run up and down a snow-covered hill with a real weapon (that's SO me!). We had real military folks showing us how to do it. My 40-year-old muscles (or the lack thereof) were really feeling it by the end.

Of course, no one is shooting at me for real in this clip. So, the understanding only goes so far.

At any rate, don't worry; it won't go to my head. ... But isn't Denzel getting old?
